15-Minutes Pizza Sauce
makes enough for one pizza

1 1/2 cups of crushed tomatoes and tomato juice
4 tablespoon of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly diced
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of dried parsley

In small sauce pan, sauté the garlic for one hot second over medium heat. Stir in the tomatoes, salt, sugar, basil and parsley and bring to a simmer. Turn down the heat and let the sauce reduce for about 10 to 15 minutes.
