INGREDIENTS

1½ OZ HARDSHORE ORIGINAL GIN
1 OZ BLUEBERRY/JALAPENO PUREE
½ OZ LIGHT SIMPLE SYRUP
¾ OZ LEMON
SELTZER

DIRECTIONS

  • ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A SHAKER TIN (EXCEPT SELTZER)
  • ADD ICE AND SHAKE
  • STRAIN INTO A CHAMPAGNE FLUTE
  • TOP WITH SELTZER WATER
  • GARNISH WITH LEMON PEEL
  • BLUEBERRY/JALAPENO PUREE: ADD ONE SEEDED JALAPENO FOR EVERY PINT OF BLUEBERRIES WITH A HALF-CUP OF WATER TO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL FINE.
  • LIGHT SIMPLE SYRUP: ADD ONE PART SUGAR TO TWO PARTS HOT WATER AND STIR UNTIL SUGAR IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED.
