Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- ¼ cup Mayo
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
- 1 tsp Rosemary chopped
- 2 tsp Chives chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Get a mixing bowl and adding mayo, sour cream, horseradish, dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, rosemary, chives and black pepper. Mix until you get a nice consistency and then place it in the fridge. Make sure to make the sauce 4 hours prior, the flavors need to marry together.
