1 seeded jalapeño (leave in seeds and use 2 for more heat)
4 small tomatillos
10-12 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 white onion
1 bunch green onion (white parts only)
1 avocado
1 pinch salt,
3 tablespoons oil (I use the leftover oil from toasting onion and jalapeño),
2-3 tablespoons water
juice of 1 lime

TO MAKE: toast jalapeños and garlic (toast onion and tomatillos if you want as well)in oil until golden brown. Combine everything in a food processor until fairly smooth. Season to taste
