Broccoli Cheese Casserole

2 cups cooked rice
1 pkg Brocolli (defrost and chop it – frozen)
1 jar cheese whiz
1 can chicken cream soup
1/2 cup milk
1  small can mushrooms
3 T butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup onions
1 can chestnuts

Saute onions, celery in butter,  mix soup milk and 1/3 jar cheese whiz, stir in chestnuts, mushrooms, rice, celery and onions . pour into sprayed casserole and cover with remaining cheese whiz.
Bake 350    40-45 min
