Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie
*The best pumpkin pie EVER!
Makes 2 deep dish pies or 3 smaller ones
1 lrg solid pack can of pumpkin pie filling (canned pumpkin works too just add more of the spices below)
6 lrg eggs
2 cups REAL Maple Syrup 1 cup of Mocha Mix
1 cup brown sugar
1 /12 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
Blend all ingredients together. Poor into uncooked pie shell.
sprinkle cinnamon /sugar on top of pie before Baking. cover crust edges with foil. bake @ 400 for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 for another hour. If the pie is deep dish it may need another 15 minutes.
