Dana’s Meatloaf
2 pounds ground Beef or ½ with Ground Turkey for lighter
3 slices of bread
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
1 med minced onion
4 Tbls FRESH minced parsley (don’t even bother if you don’t use fresh)
1tsp each- Sage, Oregano & Thyme
Salt & pepper & garlic to Taste

~Topping
1/3 cup of jam~ apricot/peach/pineapple blend type works nice
½ cup tomato sauce

Soak Bread in Milk for a little while till mushy. Squeeze to discard extra liquid.
Combine all items in a large bowl & blend well. Make into loaves. Whip up jam to a smoother consistency & spread over the top of the meat. Pour over the tomato sauce. Bake @ 350 for 1 ¼ hours. Let it sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
