Secret Ingredient Paleo Cauliflower Soup


  1. 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  2. 1 1/2 cups bone broth
  3. 2 Tablespoons butter or ghee
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. Cheese, for topping


  1. In a large pot, place the cauliflower florets and fill with water covering the florets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the florets are tender.
  2. Drain the pot, place the cauliflower, half of the broth, and butter into a Blendtec (or food processor) and blend well. Add the rest of the broth and blend again. You can add more or less broth if you want it to be thinner.
  3. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and top with cheese. Serve hot!
